This is only a snippet of a larger interview and it is conducted by Go Nagai, an author, and Manga artist (among other things). The great thing about this interview is that it covers Monkey Punch's early days as a Manga artist which is some what of a gray area for western fans. You can read the interview translation snippet by clicking here.
